Experience: Achievements with a multitude of populations, including ages from 18-75, persons with special needs and disabilities, novice lifters, and experienced athletes.

Rob Johnson, BS, CPT

Experience: Kennedy Krieger Institute in the Spinal Cord Injury Unit as a Student Intern, East Jefferson General Hospital’s Wellness Center as a Health Fitness Instructor, Results “U” as a Fitness Coach, CapitalSUP LLC as a Paddleboard Instructor

Training Specializations: Paddleboard Instructor - I can do on land activities to train for paddling, Full Body workouts

Hobbies/Special Interests: Paddleboarding, running, yoga, cooking, anything active really

Experience: My client base is very diverse. I work with clients of all genders, ages and athletic abilities.

Hobbies/Special Interests: Cooking, hiking with my husband and dog, reading

Practice/Philosophy: I believe that effective massage can be gentle. I work with the body, not against or through it, to provide relief to my clients. I am a lifelong student, continuously seeking knowledge about the body and looking for unique ways to approach discomfort. My interest in working with women’s health also makes me a go-to resource for low back and pelvic pain.

Cassie Catania , LMT


Certification: Licensed Massage Therapist (MA86022)- Florida School of Massage; Certified in Thai massage through the Bodhi Sangha School of Thai Massage.

Experience: Advanced sports massage training from an internship working and traveling with University of Florida athletes. 

Practice/Philosophy: Cassie’s massage therapy practice is a combination of a wide variety of modalities and each session is tailored to the unique needs of the client. She is dedicated to providing bodywork that helps relieve chronic tension patterns and that aids each client to function optimally.  She believes that the human body seeks freedom of movement and has an innate capability to heal itself.

Hobbies/Special Interests: Cassie discovered her passion for movement in aerial arts, which she has been practicing since 2011 and performs professionally. Cassie's other interests include acroyoga, learning different forms of dance, and she is currently studying to become a Pilates teacher.
