Class Descriptions:


Boot Camp

A fun, high-intensity, full body workout utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells, body weight, resistance bands, medicine balls, jump ropes, agility ladders, and more. Classes vary daily to avoid boredom, progress appropriately, and supply a constant challenge. Most fitness levels welcomed.

Super Circuit

An awesome, fun, and challenging Circuit Training class offered in our Training Studio. We utilize a variety of equipment to deliver a unique and effective high-intensity training session. Most fitness levels welcomed.


A 30-minute Yoga inspired stretching and recovery class utilizing tools such as stretching bands, lacrosse balls, and foam rollers to assist with repair and recovery following your intense training.
