In August 2007, we held the first Sweat Life Fitness Outdoor Class at Kanapaha Park in SW Gainesville.  One year later, we opened the Sweat Life Fitness Studio in the Haile Plantation Village Center.  We moved to Haile Market Square in the fall of 2014, and continue to provide excellent customer service, expert personal training and the best small group training in Gainesville!



Our Mission is to be the most results-driven Training Studio in the world and to motivate, educate, and inspire our clients to be their all-time best.

Training Specializations: Paddleboard Instructor-> I can do on land activities to train for paddling, Full Body workouts

Hobbies/Special Interests: Paddleboarding, running, yoga, cooking, anything active really

Philosophy on Exercise: You work for the body you want to have, what you put in is what you’ll get out and that applies to nutrition as well. Our bodies get us through life, exercise is there to help us relieve stress, keep ourselves healthy, and to keep ourselves sane.
